Purpose built and thoughtfully designed, our home is a place where residents feel secure, supported and valued day and night.We are now looking for a dedicated and compassionate Night Charge Nurse to join our team. If you are a Registered Nurse with a genuine commitment to delivering high quality care and supporting a team to achieve the highest standards, we would love to hear from you.What We Offer£22.84 per hourContracted to 42.88 hours per weekPaid breaks, Paid NMC registration, Pension schemeOnsite parking, Paid PVG, Uniform provided5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)What You Will DoAs the Night Charge Nurse, you will take clinical responsibility for the home throughout the night. You will lead and support the care team, ensuring safe and person centred care at all times. Your role will include administering medications, monitoring residents health and responding promptly to any changes or emergencies. You will ensure accurate documentation, maintain clear communication and promote dignity, comfort and reassurance for residents during night hours.
