Lifeguard – Luxury Leisure Facility in Enfield About The Role As a Lifeguard, your primary responsibility will be ensuring the safety of all guests while they enjoy the pool and leisure facilities. You will provide excellent customer service and act promptly in case of emergencies, all while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain a safe swimming environment for all users Respond quickly and appropriately to any emergencies or accidents Assist in the maintenance of the pool area, ensuring cleanliness and safety Provide first aid as required Deliver excellent customer service and respond to any guest queries Ensure all health and safety standards are upheld at all times Shift Pattern & Pay Shifts will include early and late patterns, between 06:00 - 19:30, including weekends £15.52 per hour, Inclusive of holiday pay, paid fortnightly Qualifications National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential for this role Previous experience in a lifeguard role or leisure facility is highly desirable Enhanced DBS preferred or willing to obtain through the agency Seniority level Entry level Apply Today If you have a passion for swimming safety, customer service, and want to work in a beautiful, high‑end facility, then we want to hear from you Apply today to be part of a dynamic Lifeguard team at a premier leisure facility #J-18808-Ljbffr
