What We Are Looking For A strong leader who enjoys a challenge and wants to make a significant impact at a branch clinic.Previous senior or lead vet experience preferred.Strong routine surgical skills.Good understanding of finances, line management, and business strategy.A GDP advisor or willingness to train as one is desirable.Ability to issue animal health certificates is desirable but not essential. Key Responsibilities Support clinical delivery within the business.Maintain high standards of clinical delivery.Utilise all associates’ skills to maximise service provision.Collaborate with other teams to ensure a cohesive approach.Support recruitment, training, and mentoring to ensure clinical, financial, and operational success.Identify and address performance issues with empathy; implement improvement plans.Lead the veterinary team alongside the Clinical Director and work with the nursing team to effectively utilise veterinary surgeons and nursing teams.
