Walsall Council is seeking a talented communications professional to join our team and help tell the story of our people, our place and our council. This fixed post is for a Press and Media Officer on a permanent basis, reporting to the senior communications team. The role is suitable for journalists looking to develop a career in public sector communications and may be suitable for those with strong writing skills who want to work in the public sector.Salary G7: £32,654 - £37,035 per annum (pay award pending).
