You can be assured of exciting opportunities on varied projects that will stretch you and equip you with skills, experience and knowledge to help organisations respond to turbulence and improve.Essential skills4+ years industry or consulting experience, whether this is from a big consulting firm or boutique consultancy, delivering transformation projects and programmes with technology and digital focus.A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues.A keen interest in playing a role within the AD3 Team, supporting the development of compelling propositions and integrating with Sector teams.Cross-sector experience is valuable, ideally including Life Sciences, Energy & Utilities and/or Financial Services.ExperienceExperience of working within project and programme delivery environments, supporting successful outcomes for clients across business and technology change initiatives.Strong understanding of project and portfolio management (PPM) disciplines and technology-enabled delivery, with a desire to grow expertise in this area.Exposure to Agile and hybrid delivery, with experience applying Agile principles in a team environment.A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure and present information clearly.Preferably experience in supporting and developing bids, proposals and propositions.BenefitsWhat we can offer you:A total cash package in excess of £60,150 comprising of a base salary of £45,150 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months25 days annual leave increasing by one day for every full year of service to a maximum of 30 days with the option to buy or sell up to five days of annual leave per yearLife Assurance, Private Medical Insurance, Group Personal Pension Scheme and a range of discounted lifestyle and well-being benefits through PerkboxA culture where you will not need to compete with others because of promotion quotas or the typical distribution curves that govern performance management in other organisations.
