HR Advisor (ER and/or Payroll) – 12 Month FTC Initially (poss. to perm) – London (Next to Gloucester Road Tube) – Hybrid 3 days office 2 days home - £35,000 – £40,000 DOE About the Client A well-established organisation within the hospitality sector, this business supports a global workforce across a variety of settings. With around 300 employees across the UK, they operate in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. They believe in empowering their employees with the tools and trust they need to make impactful decisions. About the Job This is a varied and hands‑on HR generalist role, ideal for someone with prior HR experience who enjoys working across multiple functions. You’ll be part of a small, supportive HR team providing end‑to‑end advice and administrative support across the employee lifecycle.Duties will include: Handling HR admin including onboarding, note‑taking, contracts, and offer letters ER - Supporting disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes Contributing to employee relations casework and documentation Coordinating payroll and HRIS updates (SuccessFactors) Advising line managers on HR policies and procedures Supporting cyclical including full employee life cycle Responding to ad hoc queries and ensuring smooth HR operations Engaging in and managing some exciting projects and providing ideas for continuous improvement Collaborating with colleagues across international offices when needed About the Successful Applicant You will have previous HR experience, ideally with exposure to HR systems, payroll and or ER. Confident advising on policies and employee relations matters, you’ll be organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude are essential.
