Endoscopy Patient Booking Officer We are looking for someone who is self‑motivated, has good communications skills and is enthusiastic about providing the best patient care possible. Approximately 9,000 scopes are carried out across the four Endoscopy Units in Highland every year, including elective and emergency patients. Key Responsibilities Book patients which includes sending letters, calling patients, and receiving calls on the appointment phoneline. Provide administrative support to the Lead Booking Officer, tracking patients for monitoring purposes and liaising with clinical colleagues. Required Qualifications and Skills Good administrative qualifications or equivalent experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good working knowledge of computer software packages.
