Operations Analyst

Morgan Hunt are working with a large public sector organisation to recruit a number of Operations Analysts up until March 2026, this role is hybrid with one day a week in their Canary Wharf offices. Key Responsibilities Providing strong customer and operational services to customers internally and externally Working closely with other teams dealing with reviews and contacting relevant teams and people to manage more complicated cases Managing and supporting payments to scheme participants Handling applications, audit cases and amendment processes Meeting the team's targets Supporting all aspects of operations Person Specification Strong numerical and analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
