Domain Architect – Finance UK Remote We’re seeking passionate and forward-thinking Domain Architects to join our team and shape the future of finance at Weir. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead enterprise-wide transformation by designing and governing integrated finance solutions built on standardised end-to-end value streams. Key Responsibilities: Lead finance transformation initiatives in partnership with the Product Domain Lead, acting as deputy and escalation point with readiness for full domain leadership. Own and govern end-to-end finance processes, ensuring integration and alignment across business domains such as Source to Pay, Order to Cash, and Data to Insights. Design, implement, and optimise finance solutions that align with enterprise architecture and strategic business goals, collaborating with IT, business, and external partners. Drive architectural consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement by embedding best practices, fostering innovation, and staying current with industry trends. Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture. Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: Strong understanding of relevant technologies, frameworks and tools within the domain include SAP S/4 Hana. In-depth knowledge and understanding of the domain and its specific regulatory requirements and industry standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
