You’ll oversee the picking, packing, and dispatching of online orders, making sure every item meets our quality standards, and every delivery is on time. You’ll manage a team of personal shoppers and delivery drivers, ensuring they’re motivated, well-organised, and focused on delivering a brilliant customer experience.
