You'll be the artist behind the magic, enhancing the natural beauty of every woman who steps into our studio. You'll create stunning looks that not only make women look incredible but also empower and inspire them. But remember, this role goes beyond traditional hair and makeup artistry. Responsibilities Create high-quality hair and makeup looks that empower women, showcasing their strength and individuality Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide a personalised beauty experience Work closely with our photographer during shoots, providing on-set support and touch-ups as needed Capture behind-the-scenes content throughout the day to showcase our transformation process Welcome clients with genuine warmth and professionalism, making them feel comfortable and valued from their first interaction Establish our studio as a premier destination for luxury beauty services through exceptional artistry and client care Maintain an immaculate, serene studio environment, including beauty stations and client areas, to ensure comfort and confidence Care for our collection of professional hair and makeup products, tools, and equipment with attention to detail Develop a thorough understanding of our signature beauty aesthetic and approach, reflecting it in every client transformation Handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism, maintaining our studio's reputation for excellence Work collaboratively with team members, sharing insights and techniques to continuously elevate our artistry and client experience What We're Looking For In Our Ideal Candidate A team player who puts the collective good above individual gain Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment A person who radiates positivity and keeps the magic alive in every interaction An individual who's passionate about empowering women and making a difference Someone hungry for growth and ready to be part of something bigger than themselves Professional hair and makeup artistry experience and portfolio Stamina and energy to be on your feet all day during busy shoot days Experience or comfort with capturing BTS content and supporting photography team NOTE: There are no sales required in this role. Your bonuses etc. are about your artistry not selling our clients. This full-time position will require working some weekends.
