Join Munchkin Sports as a Breakfast & After School Club Manager to launch and lead a brand‑new wrap‑around care provision (ages 4‑11) in a prestigious London primary school. Base Pay Range £30,000‑£35,000 per year (Full Time, Term Time + Holiday Camps) Hours Breakfast Club: 07:15‑08:30 Afterschool Club: 14:30‑18:00 Paid split‑shift time for planning or personal commitments Key Responsibilities Lead day‑to‑day delivery of breakfast club, after‑school club and holiday camps. Manage, mentor and support the Assistant Manager and part‑time coaching team. Plan and deliver engaging sport, play and creative activities. Oversee registers, attendance, health & safety and safeguarding processes. Maintain strong relationships with school leadership and staff. Provide excellent communication to parents and carers. Ensure all services meet internal standards and regulatory requirements. Handle daily routines including snacks, transitions and end‑of‑day handover. Lead camps during school holidays, including planning themes and staff rotas. Embed organisation values while supporting continuous improvement and innovation. About Munchkin Sports Munchkin Sports is a child‑centred sports coaching and childcare organisation that introduces children aged 2‑11 to sport and active play. We operate after‑school clubs, weekend sessions, PPA cover, holiday camps, birthday parties and wrap‑around care. About You Strong leadership and people‑management experience. Excellent communication skills with parents and school stakeholders. A customer‑focused approach and passion for high‑quality childcare. Strong organisation, planning and multi‑tasking skills. Creativity in designing wide‑ranging activities beyond sport. Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection and health & safety. Experience in wrap‑around care, holiday camps or similar childcare settings. Enhanced DBS, safeguarding training and paediatric first aid (or willingness to train).
