Why this role stands out: A stepping stone into the private sector with full support Competitive salary (substantive only) 25 days annual leave + 8 UK Bank Holidays 10 paid CPD days per year Flexible shift patterns to suit your lifestyle - Flexible job planning and scheduling Private pension + full MDO cover Opportunities to work toward BUPA accreditation About the Role: Deliver high-quality elective gynaecological care including outpatient, day case, and inpatient procedures Perform a range of procedures such as hysteroscopy, endometrial ablation, laparoscopic sterilisation, vaginal/abdominal hysterectomy, and more Provide assessment and advice to clinical teams during working hours Participate in clinical audit, governance meetings, and continuous quality improvement Work closely with NHS partners for seamless care pathways What You’ll Need: GMC registration with entry on the Specialist Register in Gynaecology Broad experience in non-obstetric gynaecological procedures Strong laparoscopic surgery background is essential Commitment to high standards of patient care and clinical excellence A collaborative approach and excellent communication skills If you are interested and would like more information: Please apply with an up to date CV and someone will be in touch to offer an informal call before going forward.
