EIP Practitioner - Band 5/6 Development Post1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJob OverviewThe early intervention in psychosis service, East area team, are looking to recruit a motivated and dynamic professional practitioner, to work within the newly developed service. The post is a Band 5/6 training and development opportunity in the EIP service East, which will cover 3 local authority counties with planned developments. The post holder will undertake responsibility for the care co‑coordination and case management of a defined caseload. The post holder will work in a multi‑disciplinary team, supporting people with a first episode psychosis to enable them to achieve the best possible outcomes. The post holder will receive professional leadership support and line management, with opportunities for on‑going peer support and training in EIP.Main duties of the jobThe post holder will work within an integrated EIP MDT focusing on adults and young people suffering with mental health problems that fall in line with EIP standards. The post holder will hold a caseload, being responsible for assessing patients’ needs, planning and implementing the plan of care.The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.Working for our organisationWe are Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) North Wales, the largest health organisation in Wales, providing a full range of primary, community, mental health, acute and elective hospital services for a population of around 700,000 across North Wales.
