We are looking for a Band 6 Community HIV Specialist Nurse to join our dynamic and supportive team in West Sussex, based in either Brighton or Crawley, and working across both West Sussex and Brighton and Hove areas.This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to people living with HIV in the community. You’ll work both autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting patients with complex needs through holistic assessment, care planning, and self-management.
