Connect to your opportunity Deloitte’s clients expect the best we have to offer from our breadth and depth of global experiences.Sales and delivery content, contributed and accessed through Deloitte’s global knowledge management system, is critical to capturing our competitive advantage and harnessing the power of generative AI.The Knowledge Management Program Manager - Content Acquisition will lead content acquisition strategies and programs across the EMEA region, balancing short-term knowledge contribution goals and initiatives with the development of long-term, sustainable processes. These processes will be seamlessly integrated into business operations and tools to ensure ongoing impact and scalability. The Knowledge Management Program Manager - Content Acquisition will: Support the definition of knowledge sharing targets and programs specific to the EMEA region and its Member Firms. Optimize use of KX Dash to acquire targeted content by scaling best practices. Serve as the account owner for select clients within the CoRe Knowledge Services (KS) account alignment program in the EMEA region, driving account-level knowledge contribution by fostering strong relationships. Provide structured, programmatic support to KS Industry Knowledge Leaders for the accounts they manage across the region. Analyze contribution metrics for EMEA and drive action planning. Lead or support geo-specific contribution pilots (e.g., scraping/mining, integration with MF specific tools or technologies). Collaborate to define and execute long-term MF contribution strategies for sales and delivery content. Connect to your skills and professional experience Experience: Relevant knowledge management, business or client enablement, or a related field, or equivalent within a global or professional services context. Education: Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business, Communications, Library Sciences, Learning, or equivalent, or a related discipline. Knowledge of the professional services sales and delivery lifecycle and key supporting processes and systems in play in the region of work (EMEA). Experience acting as a change agent, influencing stakeholders, teams and individuals positively. Tenaciously curious and analytical; ability to leverage data to recommend impactful approaches and solutions. Experience with repository management, intranets/portals, or collaborative tools a plus.
