About you  The programme suits final-year students and recent graduates who enjoy working collaboratively, communicate well and bring positive energy to busy school life. You may already be considering a career in teaching, or you may be exploring how your subject knowledge, creativity or coaching experience could translate into an educational environment. A genuine interest in the development and wellbeing of young people is essential, together with the resilience and flexibility needed for an immersive and varied role that spans academic, pastoral and co-curricular activity.
