Job Overview Role: Healthcare Assistant (HCA) – Manchester, Greater Manchester. Job Details Job Ref: 25558Pay Rate: £13.00 - £22.50 per hourLocation: Manchester, Greater ManchesterWork Patterns: Part Time, Days, Nights Responsibilities Deliver clinical interventions and medical care as required. Assist with daily care routines including medication, personal care, and moving/handling. Support clients in meaningful activities such as spending time with family, community outings, arts and crafts, outdoor play, educational games, and sensory activities. Provide bedtime routines and offer companionship, staying attentive and responsive. Adapt to client needs while maintaining professional boundaries. What You’ll Need Minimum 3 months’ care experience. Confidence with medication, personal care, and moving and handling. Good communication, compassion, and commitment.
