OverviewKinetic PLC are currently seeking a Communications Specialist to join a leading Pharmaceutical FMCG manufacturing facility, based within the Runcorn area, WA7.THIS IS A 12 MONTH CONTRACT COVERING MATERNITY LEAVE, MIGHT LEAD INTO A PERMANENT POSITION, DEPENDING ON CIRCUMSTANCES. Annual Salary : £40,000. 25 Days Annual Leave (pro rata), plus Bank holidays.Hybrid considered, but majority of time would be on site.ResponsibilitiesPartnering with the business to advise on the best way to communicate key messages about its key business objectives in a timely and consistent way.Support the development of People Leaders in the role they play in communications across the business.Developing an annual internal engagement communications plan for Runcorn, in close cooperation with HR and other internal stakeholders, that is led by business priorities and successfully execute it in line with agreed targets and cluster / global campaigns and prioritiesProducing high-quality engaging content to deploy on our internal and external channels, with an innovative mix that incorporates video, written and interactive communications - leveraging the full power of the channels we have available to usAdapting and delivering global communication campaigns to employees in the UK & IrelandOrganising and delivering key communication events and routines such as town halls, networking days and other engagement events as required throughout the yearWorking to enable colleagues to understand and believe in strategy, objectives, priorities, and key messages; and produce a timely and consistent news flow of engaging content to support this goalSupporting all internal functions and teams to leverage the power of internal communications to inspire, engage and motivate colleaguesEnabling meaningful two-way communication with colleagues to champion employee engagement and encourage organisation-wide collaboration through innovative use of our internal channels and the use of feedback, surveys and pulse checks on a regular basisPushing the boundaries of what is possible by exploring best practice outside of the organisation, and working with local stakeholders such as IT, HR and global colleagues to bring new ways of communicating and engagingQualifications & AccreditationsIoIC QualifiedRelevant degreeCompetenciesCollaboration ('Getting it Done Together') - The ability to work effectively with peers, partners and others, to positively impact performancePlanning & Organizing ('Getting it Done Together') - Adopts a structured approach, establishes plans, priorities and goals that are clear and logical; Organizes resources.Drive & Resilience ('Getting it Done Together') - Demonstrates drive and persistence to meet and exceed objectives; remains positive in challenging situations and recovers quickly from setbacks.Effective Communication ('Getting it Done Together') - Communicates clearly to others and ensures understanding.
