We’re seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join our vibrant team If you have a passion for connecting people with opportunities, this is your chance to shine What You’ll Be Doing: As our Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our hiring processes run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the Recruitment Process: From posting job ads to screening resumes, you’ll be the backbone of our recruitment efforts. Coordinating Interviews: Schedule and organise interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. Building Relationships: Engage with potential candidates, providing them with an exceptional experience that reflects our company culture. Data Management: Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports, helping us track our hiring progress. Supporting the Team: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and assist in crafting job descriptions that attract top talent. Who You Are: We’re looking for someone who is not only organised and detail-oriented but also has a cheerful attitude that brightens our workplace You should have: A background in recruitment or HR, preferably in the banking or financial sector. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with candidates and colleagues. Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
