It delivers up to 90% time and cost efficiencies by automating member retirements, validation, benefit calculations, reporting and pensioner payroll. With offices in the UK and North America, we support some of the largest pension schemes and plans across the private and public sectors. The Job We’re expanding our Client Success team and need a project manager (PM) to lead the implementation of IntelliPen for new clients. PMs typically manage projects that take 6 to 18 months to complete, from initiation to system “go live.” Here’s What You’ll Do Lead project teams comprising implementation consultants, business analysts and developers, and work closely with IT teams. Deliver projects using Waterfall or Agile methodologies, as determined by our governance and client needs. Collaborate with clients to define delivery requirements, milestones, governance structures and ways of working. Adhere to project governance & delivery standards and contribute to continual improvement of those standards. Produce and maintain key project documentation, including the Project Initiation Document (PID) and detailed project plans. Facilitate regular project progress meetings (typically weekly), internally and with clients, primarily online. Attend and contribute to monthly steering meetings, usually held in person. Maintain a comprehensive RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor and manage project schedules and budgets to ensure successful delivery. Ensure high‑quality output from the project team, aligned with client expectations and internal standards. Balance competing demands across project resources, escalating conflicts and providing input to resource managers and implementation leadership. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project. Track and report on project performance across quality, time and cost metrics. Key Skills And Experience A self‑starter who can take ownership of multiple tasks and act on initiative. Proven project management skills. Excellent communication skills at all levels of an organisation and with clients. Experience in software, IT or financial services roles. Extremely organised, proactive and good at time management. Task and goal driven with strong attention to detail. Commercially aware. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Excellent project planning and governance using both waterfall and agile approaches. Ability to effectively measure and communicate risk.
