About The Role Patient Engagement Lead at HMP Huntercombe, a Category C prison near Henley‑On‑Thames. Hours: Monday‑Friday, 0900‑1730, 37.5 hours per week. Salary up to £30,000 per annum FTE. What you’ll be doing Improve and stabilize patient engagement activities and patient satisfaction through effective service user engagement and peer‑led forums. Plan and deliver projects/programmes in line with patients’ needs and priorities, involving patients where possible. Act as point of contact and respond to patient engagement enquiries from staff, external partners and patients. Oversee and manage the health champion peer support model, including delivery of Health Champion training across the region. Ensure statutory and organisational requirements are met, conduct frequent engagement activities across all sites with timely evaluations and feedback/recommendations communicated with patients, staff and external partners. Qualifications Legal right to work in the UK. Experience in patient engagement, healthcare or related settings is highly desirable.
