SRG -Chemicals: specializing in agrochemicals, polymers and specialty chemicals for R&D, analytical and regulatory roles Chemical Regulatory Affairs Officer Hybrid working from Somerset site Salary - £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience) Permanent SRG is working with a leading manufacturer of sustainable speciality chemicals. Recently a new vacancy has opened regulatory specialist to act as the main UK point of contact for regulatory activities. This will include ensuring products are compliant with local and regional chemicals regulations. This is a great opportunity for someone with some previous chemical regulatory experience to step into a role with global responsibility and opportunities to grow and develop. Applications welcome from junior – senior regulatory personnel within the chemicals industry and consultancy backgrounds. There will also likely be some occasional European travel required as part of the role. Benefits: Hybrid working, flexible working hours, potential relocation allowance, among other benefits Role Description Completing DUIN submissions, maintaining UK REACH compliance, and preparing IUCLID datasets for registrations Handling notifications such as PCN under CLP, C&L notifications, and maintaining IMDS entries Creating and maintaining SDS in Telematic EPYPLUS EHS software, ensuring accuracy and legislative compliance Providing regulatory information to Technology Innovation Management and Sales teams as required Representing the company from a regulatory point of view when working with existing and prospective customers Requirements Extensive experience in REACH regulations, CLP and SDS’s, BPR understanding would also be highly advantageous Significant recent experience working with IUCLID and SAP Educated to degree level in chemistry, toxicology or a related subject Strong forward thinking and planning skills Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from the Somerset area Full right to work in the UK If you would like to apply for this position, please use the link provided.
