Responsibilities Proactively source, attract, and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability for live roles. Support senior consultants in managing job briefs and placing candidates. Write and post engaging job adverts. Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system regularly. Prepare candidates for interviews and manage feedback cycles. Learn and apply sales techniques to grow your desk over time. Qualifications Strong communication skills – both written and verbal. Self‑motivated, confident, and target‑driven. Eager to learn, with a growth mindset. Ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and clients. Comfortable in a fast‑paced, performance‑focused environment. Previous experience in sales, customer service or recruitment (ideal, but not essential). A team player who thrives on collaboration and shared success.
