The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader) – 20‑hour contract An engaging role where you craft great Costa coffee, lead a team, and create a welcoming atmosphere. You'll work 20 hrs per week on a contract basis, gaining full training and support. Responsibilities Craft great coffee with skill and care. Deliver outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression. Lead by example and support your team to meet brand standards. Take responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is not present. Manage stock, support deliveries, and maintain store hygiene. Build a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident, and proud. Have fun doing it all Qualifications A genuine love for coffee and people. A positive, can‑do attitude with plenty of personality. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Confidence to lead by example. The ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask like a pro.
