Hours: Full Time - 40 hours - Monday to Friday Creating and maintaining great places to live and work delivered by excellent people who care… Purpose of Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team delivering a range of projects within our Defence contract portfolio. Job Description You’ll be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently, ranging in value from £50K to £3M, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle from inception to completion, including planning, delivery, and close-out. Oversee multiple construction, refurbishment, and facilities management projects across the region. Lead and coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project objectives. Monitor project progress, financial performance, and compliance with contractual and statutory obligations. Promote a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement across all project activities. Essential Qualifications/Skills Proven background in Project Management within the construction or facilities management sectors. Experience managing projects up to multi-million-pound values. Strong understanding of project governance, financial control, and risk management. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. SC (Security Clearance) or the ability to obtain it is essential due to the nature of the contract.
