This includes managing all training and development initiatives, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory training requirements, managing learning programmes and driving a strong learning culture across businesses.

Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business Administration or equivalent. Accredited Facilitator, Assessor, and Moderator.
Driver's License and own reliable transportation.
Experience/CriteriaMinimum 5-8 years' experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years at management level.
Experience within the financial services or microfinance sector is preferred.
Debt collections, property development or energy reselling experience advantageous.
Proven experience managing SETA grants and reporting (Bank SETA experience preferred). Services & W&R SETA experience advantageous.
Strong experience with virtual learning platforms and e-learning development.
Experience managing learnerships and internships.
Experience working with Moodle or similar LMS systems.
Experience in Instructional Design or Digital Learning.
Knowledge of B-BBEE Skills Development Scorecard requirements.
SalaryR45 – R55,000 base pm
