Due to growth and operational development, they are looking to recruit a Maintenance Team Lead to join their site in Wotton‑Under‑Edge. The Maintenance Team Lead will ideally have the following attributes: Proven experience working in a maintenance leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment Strong multi‑skilled background – mechanical, electrical, or ideally both Experience with planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance activities Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of maintenance engineers Excellent understanding of modern manufacturing equipment, automation, and production machinery Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills Experience implementing maintenance strategies and improving asset performance Knowledge of health & safety standards and compliance requirements Good communication and organisational skills Engineering qualifications such as NVQ, HNC, HND, or equivalent The Maintenance Team Lead role will involve: Leading a team of maintenance engineers to ensure smooth running of all site equipment Managing the day‑to‑day maintenance activities including PPM, breakdown response, and project work Ensuring machinery downtime is minimised and efficiency is maximised Coordinating with production and engineering teams to prioritise maintenance tasks Driving improvements in maintenance processes, reliability, and asset care Supporting installation, commissioning, and upgrades of new equipment Maintaining accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports Ensuring a safe working environment and promoting best practices across the team If you are interested in this position, please apply with an up‑to‑date CV as soon as possible, along with your availability and your salary expectation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
