You will be required to care for residents with physical disability's and general old age. You will be at the forefront of providing a first class service where you make a difference to everyone you support. You will receive support and guidance from the amazing senior team. Staff receive extensive training so that they can deliver the best service to residents. Many have NVQ Level 2 diplomas in health and social care and also receive specialist training in end-of-life and dementia care.
