How you'll make a difference as an Early Years Educator By offering exceptional care and education in accordance with the EYFS, supporting and meeting the unique needs of each child in your care. Through working supportively and collaboratively with your team to create a caring, playful environment for every child. By building warm, trusting relationships with families through kind, open communication. Requirements Must be at least Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification. A strong understanding of EYFS. Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
