In this role, you'll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of heating systems within commercial and tenanted properties. If you're passionate about heating and take pride in your work, we'd love to have you on our team.Location: RAF Spadeadam, Gilsland, Brampton, Cumbria, CA8 7ATOn-Call Duties Required: 1 in 3 weeks (overtime/toil applicable)Salary: £37,115.94Main Responsibilities:Undertake both reactive and planned maintenance and minor installation work across the sites commercial and tenanted sites and projects.Work with various heating systems including Press-fit, Soldered, ABS, and PVCPerform installations following working drawingsProvide details to colleagues for the development of quotations for additional worksEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsComplete certification and work orders to meet KPI's Essential Criteria:Qualified heating Engineer with NVQ level 2 or 3 (OFTEC)Ideally have previous experience of maintenance and repairsStrong health and safety knowledgeAbility to lookahead, plan and work to tight deadlinesFull driving licence is essential (company van provided)Other benefits:Company VanFuel cardAll tools suppliedOpportunity to enhance your skills in maintenance tasks (Air Source Heat Pumps)Career growth and developmentWhy Join Us?We value adaptability, professionalism, and people who take pride in their technical craft.
