Salary: £88.94 - £100 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time | Ongoing

Key Responsibilities

Provide tailored learning and emotional support to pupils with a variety of special educational needs.

Collaborate with class teachers, the SENCO and external agencies to deliver EHCP objectives.

Develop and implement effective strategies to promote positive engagement and behaviour.

What We're Looking For

Experience as a SEN Specialist supporting children or young people with additional or special educational needs.

A patient, proactive and empathetic approach to learning and behaviour support.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

A genuine passion for inclusive education and helping every learner succeed.

Reliability, flexibility and the ability to commute to Selly Oak.
