Overview We're looking for an Electrician to join our Digital Solutions team based in Newcastle and surrounding areas. Location: Newcastle and surrounding areas - this is a mobile role with travel across the north. Contract: Permanent We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. Responsibilities As an Electrician, you'll be working within the IMT/Ericsson Contract within the Digital Solutions team, supporting them in repairing and maintaining the telecommunication infrastructure. Your day to day will include: Performing Electrical Test and Inspection works and undertaking fault diagnosis Carrying out repairs and maintenance on the infrastructure as part of our reactive and follow up programs Carry out surveys and participate in joint site meetings Contribute towards coaching and mentoring programs to support and develop our emerging talent Participate in our emergency standby rota What we offer you Company vehicle & fuel card Smartphone and tablet Standard testing equipment (BS7671) Mandatory site training (Rooftop, RF, First Age, Asbestos awareness) Access to personal development programs Qualifications This role of Electrician is great for you if: Have previous Electrical experience Level 2 AND 3 Diploma, 18th Edition and 2391 Test and Inspection.
