Involve the team in community activities, support leisure and social events, and celebrate special occasions. Lead the team in effective communication, considering individual communication needs and teaching people to communicate with others. Engage in learning and development opportunities for the team, ensuring training compliance levels are met and maintained. Your Service Our supported living service offers a unique setting for young adults transitioning from their family home, educational or children’s services for the first time. Residents gain independence, take responsibility, and work towards their own goals while enjoying personal space and communal areas to learn daily living skills, plan and cook meals, or simply socialize. Your Values We value experience in the social care sector (Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or CARE Assistant).
