Key Responsibilities Shape the company's financial strategy to drive sustainable growth, profitability, and long-term value creation. Provide timely, high-quality financial insight that informs critical business decisions at the board and executive level. Inspire, develop, and lead a high-performing finance team to deliver excellence across operations, reporting, and controls. Build and maintain trusted relationships with investors, banks, regulators, auditors, and key partners. Oversee capital management, cash flow optimisation, and risk mitigation to protect and grow organisational assets. Qualifications & Experience Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with extensive experience in financial strategy and operational leadership. Able to translate complex financial insights into actionable recommendations for executive teams and the board. Demonstrated ability to drive commercial outcomes, optimise capital efficiency, and deliver measurable financial results. Skilled at mentoring and motivating finance professionals to deliver operational excellence and strategic impact. Comfortable leading through ambiguity, high growth, and change while maintaining rigor and accountability.
