A bit about you We’ll provide your full uniform, and all the training and support you’ll need to succeed. Here’s what you’ll need to bring to the role: Valid UK driving licence: you hold a full, manual UK licence for vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes, registered at your current UK address, with no more than 6 penalty points. You’ll need to show this at assessment. Self‑motivated and reliable: you’re upbeat, can work unsupervised, take pride in your work, and can be relied on to meet tight timelines. Multi‑drop delivery: while previous experience isn’t essential, you should be comfortable driving for long periods and delivering parcels up to 30 kg, throughout the week, even during peak traffic hours. Familiarity with digital route‑planning tools or a willingness to learn is essential. Flexible to service demands: you’re willing to work paid overtime, including Saturdays, and support your colleagues to get deliveries to customers on time. Customer service: you have excellent communication skills and are dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service. Able to pass background checks: you can prove your Right to Work in the UK and pass basic criminal record and financial security checks. * What’s in it for you? Hourly rate £15.50 p/hr, paid monthly.
