We're on an ambitious journey to become the most efficient ecommerce fulfilment centre in the UK, and we're looking for a Technical Support individual to help get there… You will provide support for automated warehouse management systems. You'll be the go-to expert keeping it all running smoothly through proactive maintenance, smart problem-solving, and lightning-fast repairs when production stops. When you're not working on the machinery, you'll switch gears to support our users with first-line IT support and help deliver IT infrastructure projects.
