Specialist Diabetes Dietitian

We are looking for a Specialist Diabetes Dietitian to join the East and North Hertfordshire community team. Responsibilities Deliver face‑to‑face and telephone clinics for adults with diabetes. Lead group education sessions. Work as part of the East and North Herts Diabetes Service, collaborating within the multidisciplinary team. Support patients, families, and carers in managing diabetes. Maintain electronic medical records and participate in appraisal and supervisory framework. Provide remote support and flexible working as part of a hybrid model. Qualifications Valid UK driving licence and access to a car for business use (unless disability qualifies under Equality Act 2010). Degree in dietetics or equivalent; registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a dietitian. Clinical experience in diabetes management within a community or secondary care setting. Strong communication and education skills. Commitment to ongoing professional development (CPD).
