The Opportunity A great opportunity exists to join a friendly payroll team at offices in Bingley, Yorkshire as Payroll Senior Administrator working Hybrid or Office based. If you are an experienced Payroll professional with full end to end payroll processing background in an in house payroll or bureau role seeking to join a dynamic, friendly team environment that offers a great place to work and values your experience then read on.... The Role Working as part of a team of two, dealing with both small and high volume full end to end payroll processing weekly and monthly via Sage, you will deal with payroll queries in a timely manner providing a great payroll processing service and will receive full payroll system training and support working closely with your colleagues. This role offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and friendly open plan office future career development opportunities ie. CIPP supported training. Duties Process both small and high volume weekly/monthly payrolls, auto‑enrolment pensions dealing with payrolls from start to finish via Sage (training provided) ensuring accuracy and working to deadlines. Dealing with HMRC, and various pension providers. BACS submissions PAYE, CIS, Holiday pay, SMP/SSP, P45/P46s starters leavers. P11Ds processing. Keeping up to date with the latest payroll legislation. Experience Solid expertise in Payroll processing and auto‑enrolment pension procedures with good up to date knowledge of payroll legislation. Previous experience working in busy payroll departments or bureau environments running both small and volume employee payrolls. Able to undertake manual calculations. Possess strong communication skills both over the telephone and email. Accuracy, solid organisational and time management skills. Able to work to deadlines. Ideally with knowledge of Sage or Quickbooks/Xero (training provided). Can do flexible attitude team player with a friendly disposition.
