Venue Day Manager Join to apply for the Venue Day Manager role at Puttshack UK. Location: White City, London, United Kingdom. Responsibilities Fully responsible and accountable for the daytime operation of the business. Report to the General Manager any problems or issues that affect the efficient running of the evening service. Follow up any issue that has arisen during the previous day’s trading. Deliver excellent guest service and act as a proud ambassador of the Puttshack brand. Facilitate the operation of the venue with passion, integrity and knowledge while promoting the culture and values of Puttshack. Ensure that brand and operating standards are met. Receive orders, liaise with cleaners, complete the daily checklist. Order stationery and maintain par stock levels. Process and follow up on daily pre‑orders. Assist managers with administrative tasks. Act as the point of contact for the venue on the office phone line. Conduct business audits. Complete the daily Health & Safety checklist and perform H&S walk‑arounds. Maintain documentation: risk assessments, incident reports and compliance certificates. Cash control: assist with cash up accountability, resolve reconciliation issues, manage petty cash and the safe. Report and log maintenance issues, liaise with the General Manager to schedule works and manage contractors. Create a can‑do team culture, attend training sessions, and enroll new associates. Qualifications and Experience 1 year of operational/administrative experience in a guest‑facing position, preferably in hospitality or social entertainment. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and presentation tools. Proficiency with Outlook and other digital communication tools such as Teams. Data management skills – ability to organise and analyse data using database systems or spreadsheets. Knowledge of HR systems, operational systems and booking platforms. Understanding of data security practices, GDPR and data protection. Some booking system experience would be beneficial. Offerings Free golf and 50% discount on food and drink for up to 6 people.
