Position Overview Legal Administrator – Central Leicester office (Pick Everard) We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support the Legal Team in a fast-paced, professional legal environment. Key Responsibilities Providing general administrative support to the Legal Team to comply with Pick Everard’s firm‑wide contract review process. Arranging the signing of professional appointments and sub‑consultancy agreements using electronic signing platforms (DocuSign, Adobe Sign, etc.). Managing the signing process of all appointments, contracts, and related documents via DocuSign, PDF, and hard copies, and liaising with the Executive PA and Executive Board to secure signatures. Liaising with commission leads and supply chain partners to issue and complete sub‑consultancy agreements. Filing original hard‑copy contracts, call‑off terms, delivery agreements, and framework agreements. Scanning hard‑copy contracts, delivery agreements, letters, schedules, etc., and filing soft copies into the appropriate digital folders. Reformatting documents into PDF/Word, redacting contracts, and making minor amendments to contractual documents. Drafting letters to issue documents to clients and supply chain partners. Assisting the Legal Team with updating relevant trackers and maintaining the Legal Compliance folder. Alerting the In‑House Lawyer to any issues that could delay or disrupt workflow, enabling the team to maintain high standards of service. Assisting the Legal Team with incoming and outgoing post. About You Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, engaging effectively with individuals at all levels. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Impeccable attention to detail and a methodical approach to work. Some experience with digital signing platforms (e.g., DocuSign). Previous experience providing general administrative support within a legal environment. Background in legal administration or a law degree.
