The successful candidate will be a team player, an excellent communicator, and able to maintain a proactive approach to managing deadlines, whilst retaining a high standard of delivery. In this rewarding role, you'll prepare, deliver, and assess lessons across a range of qualification levels, providing guidance and support to help learners thrive throughout their studies. Your subject expertise enhanced by relevant industry or professional experience will underpin the high-quality teaching and mentoring you provide. What we’re looking for : Specialist knowledge of Early Years education A relevant qualification that reflects your subject expertise A collaborative and supportive approach to working with colleagues and learners Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work proactively and meet tight deadlines If you have teaching experience, especially within Further Education this is desirable but not essential. Similarly, while a full teaching qualification (Level 5 or higher) is not required at the time of appointment, you must be willing to achieve this within three years of employment, fully supported by the College. The Role : Where you’ll work : This role is based at our Dartford campus. Your hours : 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum (1 FTE). Your pay : £35,862 to £44,121 per annum full time equivalent, dependent on qualifications and experience.
