Typically, the business advises HNW clients, with most of their growth coming from word-of-mouth referrals, long standing professional introducers and business enquiries.Our client does not have a sales targeted approach, therefore will not be forcing demanding targets on you. The goal is to deliver quality, holistic financial planning with strong client relationships, as they know if that is done correctly, everything will follow from there.You will receive full support from their team, including administration, paraplanning, T&C and compliance. The business prides themselves on their culture and team camaraderie, and ensure that new joiners have the right fit within the team.ResponsibilitiesProvide holistic financial planning and manage client relationships to deliver quality outcomes.Work with clients to grow portfolios to full capacity with the support provided by the firm.Collaborate with administration, paraplanning, T&C and compliance teams to ensure smooth operations and regulatory adherence.Operate in a values-driven environment focused on doing what is right for the client without a sales-target pressure.Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, introducers, and professional referrals.QualificationsChartered Financial Advisor or equivalent credential as stated in the description.Experience serving high-net-worth clients and working within a financial planning context is desirable.About the CompanyOur client has been established for over 30 years, and is independently owned, with no plans to sell out.
