Our client is looking for a Non Executive Director to join the team.

Location: London – one day per week

About our client:

We are seeking an experienced Non-Executive Director (NED) to join the board of a well-established, family-owned electrical engineering company. With decades of success in the sector, the business is entering an exciting new chapter under the leadership of a newly appointed Managing Director.

Non Executive Director - The Role

As NED, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting the MD, offering strategic oversight and industry insight to help shape the company’s future. Your expertise will strengthen their position in the power transmission and energy infrastructure markets, ensuring they continue to deliver innovative, reliable solutions.

Non Executive Director - You:

- Strong relationships with UK Distribution Network Operators (DNOs)

- Deep knowledge of products and solutions sold into power transmission and energy infrastructure

- Proven track record of leadership and governance within the electrical engineering industry

- Ability to mentor and guide a newly appointed MD, balancing tradition with growth ambitions

- Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and a collaborative approach
