We are seeking a motivated, forward thinking Engineering Lecturer to join our dynamic Engineering team at West Lancashire College. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering high quality teaching to learners across a range of exciting Engineering and Electrical programmes. Role Description As part of our Engineering department, you will : Deliver engaging teaching, learning and assessment across a variety of Engineering and Electrical study programmes from Level 2 to Level 3, including T Levels. Use your expertise to bring theory to life and prepare learners for real world industry expectations. Support learners every step of the way by completing all relevant administrative tasks to ensure they can successfully achieve every element of their study programme. What We're Looking For A relevant qualification in Engineering with a strong Electrical / Engineering background highly desirable. A passion for teaching, training and inspiring the engineers of tomorrow. Someone who embodies and demonstrates the NCG values and behaviours, promoting them consistently through personal example.
