We are looking for a Retail Supervisor to join our DV8 Boulevard store in Banbridge. The role requires a friendly, welcoming approach to provide excellent customer service, leading the sales team by example and ensuring the team delivers the same level of service. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and helping them as much as possible. Be responsible for opening and closing the store following the security procedures. Ensure customers have the best shopping experience by keeping all products priced correctly and the shop floor clean and tidy at all times. Maintain high standards of merchandise in store, ensuring products are positioned to look their best. Operate the till for both card and cash payments – training will be provided if necessary.
