Job Title Level 2/3 Nursery Practitioner Location The Old Station Nursery Alcester, Kinwarton Road, Alcester, Warwickshire, B49 6PX Pay £26,624 - £26,624 per annum (based on experience). 40 hours per week. Working Hours Monday to Friday – 40 hours over 4 days (7:30 am‑6:00 pm or 8:00 am‑6:00 pm). Part‑time over 2‑3 days (8:00 am‑6:00 pm) also available. Responsibilities Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive. Plan and deliver engaging, play‑based activities aligned with the EYFS framework. Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents. Support the day‑to‑day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care. Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others. Qualifications & Eligibility Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required. Sponsorship is not offered.
