Senior Care Assistant Care and Support - Valerian Court Care Home Contract: Full Time and Part- Time Salary: £13.00 Per Hour Shift Type: Days & Nights Available Contracted hours: 24 - 48 hours per week available Senior Care Assistant | Valerian Court, Didcot£13 per hour + paid breaks | Full and part-time contracts available Nestled in the heart of Didcot, Valerian Court is a purpose-built, 70-bed care home offering Nursing, Residential, Dementia, and Respite care in a beautiful, welcoming environment. Positively led by an experienced and supportive senior management team, known for its warmth, dedication, and commitment to delivering care that feels truly personal.We’re looking for a Senior Care Assistant with a minimum Level 2 in Health & Social Care (applications from those working towards Level 3 are also welcome). You’ll bring a calm, compassionate approach and excellent communication skills as you lead the team on our Residential and Residential Dementia communities.In this role, you’ll lead the care team, taking responsibility for delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You’ll dispense and administer medication safely and work closely with our Nursing and Management teams to ensure residents receive the best possible support every day.
