Children are recognised as individuals with unique skills to celebrate and given tailored support and guidance at each stage of their school career.Peripatetic Ballet TeacherWe are seeking a passionate and experienced ballet teacher to deliver engaging after-school dance lessons to junior school children. The sessions follow the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) syllabus and are designed to prepare students for their annual RAD assessments. There is also opportunity for choreography in the annual show.Hours: Fridays, 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Term Time Only) Start Date: January 2026KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Plan and teach structured RAD syllabus ballet classes for junior pupilsSupport and motivate students in developing correct technique and expressionPrepare students for their annual RAD assessments with confidence and consistencyMaintain a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environmentTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:RAD registered teacher or relevant ballet teaching qualification (or working towards)Experience teaching young children (ages 5–11) in a school or studio settingStrong understanding of the RAD syllabus and assessment processExcellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skillsEnhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)SAFEGUARDING STATEMENTInspired Education Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and other third parties to share this commitment.
