If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have sharp organisational instincts, and enjoy supporting teams with precision and professionalism, we’d love to hear from you.What You’ll DoAs a key member of our Legal Department, you’ll provide first-class administrative and coordination support across both contractual and corporate legal activities.Contract AdministrationMaintaining and updating digital and physical client contract filesTracking contract progress and assisting with negotiation workflowsPreparing execution reports and managing contract signature processesEnsuring visibility of signed agreements across relevant stakeholdersMonitoring the Legal inbox, responding to basic queries and triaging mattersUsing and maintaining Paragon’s contract management systemServing as a knowledgeable point of contact for account and sales teamsReviewing legal briefing forms and coordinating final submissionsDrafting and reviewing NDAs for clients and suppliersSupporting legal counsel, trainee solicitors and paralegalsDeveloping and implementing improved contract management proceduresCorporate Legal AdministrationMaintaining key corporate records, databases and organisational chartsManaging director documentation, including IDs and proofs of addressCoordinating signature processes for corporate documentationOrganising notary arrangements and document preparationSupporting UBO and KYC requests with accurate and timely informationAssisting the Finance team with bank account opening requirementsWhat You’ll BringPrior legal experience is essentialStrong working knowledge of MS OfficeExcellent organisation, time management and attention to detailThe ability to collaborate across all business levelsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with SharePoint (advantageous)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamEducationA Level or equivalent (required)Bachelor’s degree (preferred)Law degree or equivalent (preferred)This is a hybrid role based in our Moorgate location 1-3 days per weekDevonshire is an equal-opportunity employer, and we encourage job applications from people of all backgrounds.
